Bayern Munich close to agreement over new four-year contract for Alphonso Davies: Reports

Bayern Munich are close to reaching an agreement with Alphonso Davies over a new four-year contract, according to David Ornstein of The Athletic.

The talented fullback's current contract is set to expire at the end of the season, with Real Madrid and Premier League clubs interested in the services of the 24-year-old.

According to Orstein's report, only a small gap remains between Bayern and the player over the new contract proposal.

Davies joined Bayern at the beginning of 2019 from the Vancouver Whitecaps, with the Canadian club having received over €14 million in fees & bonuses over the past few years.

Phonzy has made 23 appearances in all competitions for the German giants this season, scoring once and tallying 3 assists.
