FC Supra du Québec has its first head coach: Nick Razzaghi.

The Canadian Premier League’s newest expansion club announced his appointment on Thursday.

If the name sounds familiar, it’s because Razzaghi has been at the helm of CS Saint-Laurent since their debut in Ligue1 Québec in 2023, winning both the league and cup twice, and famously knocking out the Halifax Wanderers in the 2024 Canadian Championship.

"Being part of FC Supra is a tremendous opportunity. My focus will be on building a strong, competitive team while connecting with and growing our fanbase, whose passion and support will be central to the club’s success."

In addition to Razzaghi’s appointment, FC Supra du Québec also announced the addition of Mateo Cabanettes as Sporting Director and Head of Operations.

Like Razzaghi, Cabanettes has been with CS Saint-Laurent since their first season in Ligue1 Québec in 2023 — not only leading the club but also founding its semi-pro program. He played a key role in guiding Saint-Laurent to multiple titles and their historic 2024 Canadian Championship run.

"This club represents an incredible opportunity to unite the best of Quebec soccer under one vision and brings to life a collective ambition to elevate our game to the next level. Nick is the perfect architect for our on-field identity. His tactical capabilities, winning mentality, and commitment to player development are exactly what we need to build a competitive and exciting team for our debut season."
