Tigres are no strangers to Canadian opposition.
Today, the Mexican giants get set to take on Forge, the third club they will have faced from Canada.
Since 2017, Tigres has featured in eight matches against the Vancouver Whitecaps and Toronto FC, winning five of them and losing only once.
The Reds are the only team to have defeated them, winning the first leg of the Concacaf Champions Cup quarter-finals before advancing on away goals to reach the semi-finals against Club América and eventually the final, which they lost to Chivas.
The Whitecaps have had no luck against Tigres, losing three times and drawing twice, with 'Los Auriazules' eliminating the 'Caps three times from competitions: twice in the Champions Cup in 2017 and 2024, and once in the Leagues Cup in 2023.
