Rumour: Amidst a possible move to Atlas, Forge will trigger Daniel Parra's 2025 option
BY TRUENORTHFOOT PUBLISHED ON DECEMBER 24, 2024 (MODIFIED ON DEC 24, 2024)

Despite various rumours linking him to Liga MX outfit Atlas Fútbol Club, it is our understanding that Forge is set to trigger Daniel Parra's option for the 2025 Canadian Premier League season, which, in theory, would keep him at the club for at least one more season.

Media outlets in Mexico have reported that the full-back will be joining 'Los Rojinegros', with "mediotiempo.com" stating that the player himself broke the loan to Forge from C.F. Monterrey, his parent club.

It will be interesting to see how this develops, as Forge has publicly confirmed that the club holds a loan option on him. In theory, only the club would be able to break or trigger the option.
