In game one of three in the Canadian Premier League this Saturday, Atlético Ottawa defeated York United at TD Place thanks to a last-minute winner by Noah Abatneh.
The Nine Stripes opened the scoring through Julian Altobelli, who found Max Ferrari's perfect cross and headed the ball past Nathan Ingham.

The visitors kept the pressure going and got close to doubling the lead, but couldn't find the back of the net again.
Atlético Ottawa went all out in the first half, with Sam Salter finding the loose ball and chipping to tie things up.

The hosts weren't done yet, with Manny Aparicio getting the ball just outside the box completely unmarked, striking it to the top left corner and turning the game around.

Atlético Ottawa put themself in a comfortable position, dominating the Nine Stripes after a poor first half.
In the 83rd minute, Riley Ferrazzo sent in a cross from the left wing that missed everyone but caught the inside of the post, beating Nathan Ingham and bringing the game level at 2-2.

With the game tied at 2-2, both teams continued pushing forward in search of a winner.
Just minutes before full-time, Ottawa’s David Rodriguez found himself one-on-one with Diego Urtiaga, dribbled past the Mexican goalkeeper, but missed the open net.
Seconds later, 16-year-old Shola Jimoh came close as well for York, hitting the inside of the post before the ball bounced out.
A minute later, Ottawa were awarded a free-kick on the right channel, taken by Kevin dos Santos.
The Portuguese winger's delivery found an unmarked Noah Abatneh, whose shot slipped past everyone and into the net, sealing the victory and all three points for Atlético Ottawa.

Up next for Atlético Ottawa is a trip to Calgary to take on the Cavs on Saturday, April 26 (3 pm MT / 5 pm ET).
