Canada Soccer announced on Tuesday the full schedule for all seven preliminary round matches of the 2025 Canadian Championship.

All the ties are single-leg, with the host determined by the competition’s club ranking index.

Without further ado, the schedule:

Atlético Ottawa vs. Scrosoppi FC

Tuesday, April 29, 7 pm ET
TD Place, Ottawa

The club from the Nation’s capital will host League1 Ontario champions Scrosoppi FC at TD Place. It will be Ottawa’s first-ever competitive match against a non-CPL club, and the first against a professional outfit for Scrosoppi.

The winner of this tie will face either York United or FC Laval.

Toronto FC vs. CF Montréal
Wednesday, April 30, 7 pm ET
BMO Field, Toronto

This game needs no introduction. The biggest rivalry in the country will be featured in the first round of the Canadian Championship, with one side who will be saying goodbye to the Voyageurs Cup without even playing the quarter-finals.

The winner of this tie will face either Forge FC or the Halifax Wanderers.

York United FC vs. FC Laval
Tuesday, May 6, 7 pm ET
York Lions Stadium, Toronto

The Nine Stripes host Ligue1 Québec winners FC Laval. The semi-pro side is no stranger to the competition, having faced Forge in the 2023 edition. This will mark York United’s fourth all-time meeting against a tier 3 team, following matchups against A.S. Blainville twice in 2019 and Master’s FA in 2021.

The winner of this tie will face either Atlético Ottawa or Scrosoppi FC.

Cavalry FC vs. Edmonton Scottish United SC
Tuesday, May 6, 7 pm MT
ATCO Field, Calgary

It’s Cavalry against Edmonton at last, just not the same as we’re used to… The reigning Canadian Premier League champions host fellow provincial rivals Edmonton Scottish United, who qualified for the competition after winning the inaugural League1 Alberta season.

The winner of this tie will face either Pacific FC or Vancouver FC.

Pacific FC vs. Vancouver FC
Tuesday, May 6, 7 pm PT
Starlight Stadium, Langford

It’s the Salish Sea Derby. Pacific will host Vancouver in the Preliminary Round of the 2025 Canadian Championship, with the winner moving on to face Cavalry FC or Edmonton Scottish United.

Forge FC vs. Halifax Wanderers FC
Wednesday, May 7, 7 pm ET / 8 pm AT
Hamilton Stadium, Hamilton

The reigning CPL Shield winners face the Halifax Wanderers in Hamilton. The winner goes on to face one of Toronto FC or CF Montréal.

Valour FC vs. TSS Rovers FC
Wednesday, May 7, 7 pm CT / 5 pm PT
Princess Auto Stadium, Winnipeg

It’s a rematch of one of the most historic matches in the competition. In 2023, the TSS Rovers knocked Valour out of the Voyageurs Cup, becoming the first-ever League1 Canada side to eliminate a professional side.

Valour will get a chance at revenge at home.

The winner of this tie will face the Vancouver Whitecaps.
