Only users with approved access are permitted to download non-watermarked images from TrueNorthFoot.

Downloaded images may only be used for editorial purposes, such as inclusion in news articles, match reports, or editorial features. Commercial use, including advertising or merchandising, is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.

Usage of Watermarked Photography

Visitors who are not logged in may view and use watermarked images for reference or mockups only.

Under no circumstances may the watermark be hidden, cropped out, altered, or removed. It must remain clearly visible at all times.

Image Credit

When TrueNorthFoot images are used in print publications or online articles, visible credit to the photo must be given.

No credit is required for usage on social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Twitter/X, Facebook), though tagging TrueNorthFoot is appreciated.

Account Responsibility

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

Any unauthorized use of an account must be reported to TrueNorthFoot immediately.

Intellectual Property

All images remain the exclusive property of TrueNorthFoot and/or its contributing photographers.

By downloading or using an image, users do not acquire ownership rights, and all rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Prohibited Actions

Users may not resell, sublicense, distribute, or share downloaded images with third parties.

Termination of Access

TrueNorthFoot reserves the right to suspend or revoke access to any user found violating these terms, without notice.
