Vancouver FC is holding discussions to sign Kunle Dada-Luke, according to Josh Healey of 'Wanderers Notebook'.

Dada-Luke, 25, most recently played for provincial rivals Pacific FC from 2021 to 2024, making 117 appearances across all competitions and playing a key role in the club’s backline. His time on Vancouver Island saw him develop into a dynamic presence on the right flank, consistently pushing forward to contribute in attack.

During those three seasons, the fullback established himself as one of the Canadian Premier League’s standout defenders—ironically, more for his offensive contributions than his work at the back.

According to Healey’s report, Dada-Luke had drawn interest from multiple clubs in both the CPL and USL—the second tier of American soccer.

How would Dada-Luke look in Vancouver FC?

The 25-year-old defender would immediately slot into the Eagles' starting lineup, likely forming a backline alongside Paris Gee, Matteo Campagna, and another center-back.

Vancouver has had a relatively quiet off-season, with their most recent signing being Terran Campbell from Forge.
