FC Supra check off their last Canadian Premier League opponent as they take on Inter Toronto for the first time.
The league's newest club come into this one off a mixed run of form, having most recently salvaged a late point away to Vancouver FC, and previously falling 1-0 to Forge in Hamilton. Their overall league record sits at 2-3-1, with a Voyageurs Cup win over Ontario semi-pro side Woodbridge Strikers also to their name.
Inter Toronto, on the other hand, are one of two unbeaten sides in the league, having collected three wins and three draws from six matches, though they were knocked out of the Canadian Championship by semi-pro side CS Saint-Laurent.
How FC Supra come into the match
As previously mentioned, Supra rescued a draw in injury time away at Vancouver FC.
It was a match where the visitors struggled to create, with Loïc Kwemi finding himself in a good position but skying his effort. Supra were fortunate not to be behind at the break, with the hosts hitting the crossbar and generating several chances throughout.
Vancouver were eventually rewarded for their performance when Mohamed Amissi broke through on goal, chipped Joakim Milli, and put his side ahead with full time approaching.
Supra refused to give up, however. In the dying minutes, a goal-bound Sean Rea shot struck Matisse Chrétien on the thigh, deflecting the ball into his path, and the young defender tapped in with ease to level the match.

How Inter Toronto come into the match
The Nine Stripes are enjoying a fine start to the season, unbeaten through six matches and showing some impressive football along the way.
They played to a 1-1 draw away at Halifax, with Julian Altobelli scoring what he describes as the best goal of his career. Before that, they defeated Pacific in Langford thanks to a late Sebastián Gonzales goal.
Inter Toronto sit third in the table, five points clear of Supra, with both sides having played six matches while the rest of the league has played seven. A win for the Nine Stripes would extend that gap to eight points and put them in a commanding position.

On the visitors' side, Gabriel Bitar and Shola Jimoh have been called up for international duty with Lebanon and the Canada U-20 national team, respectively, with both likely to miss the Supra fixture. Frank Sturing was also absent last week and remains a doubt.
