Jonathan Sirois could be headed to FC Dallas, according to Tom Bogert.

The Texas-based side is finalizing a deal to sign the goalkeeper from CF Montréal, in a move worth $150,000 plus $200,000 in add-ons.

Sirois made 102 appearances for Montréal across three seasons, registering 25 clean sheets.

He joined the club after a two-year loan spell in the Canadian Premier League with the now-defunct Valour FC, where he won the 2021 CPL Goalkeeper of the Year award.

After joining Montréal in 2023, Sirois made his debut to replace an injured James Pantemis, eventually cementing himself as the club’s starting goalkeeper and playing a key role in the team.

CF Montréal are now left with Thomas Gillier and Sebastian Breza as their main goalkeeping options, with both having alternated as the team’s second-choice keeper in the past year.

On the incoming side, the club has added Daniel Ríos, Brayan Vera, Dagur Dan Þórhallsson, Félix Samson, and Josh-Duc Nteziryayo, the latter two joining from the academy.

Meanwhile, departures include Tom Pearce, Fernando Álvarez, Bryce Duke, Giacomo Vrioni, Alessandro Biello, Matías Cóccaro, and Dante Sealy.
