Concacaf has confirmed the schedule, host venues, and kickoff times for the Nations League quarter-finals in November.

Canada will take on Guatemala, first travelling to the Central American country's capital for the first leg on Friday, November 13 at 9:00 pm ET at Estadio Manuel Felipe Carrera, before hosting the second leg at BMO Field in Toronto on Monday, November 16 at 8:00 pm ET.

If the aggregate score is level after both legs, the away goals rule will apply. Should the tie remain deadlocked, extra time will be played, followed by a penalty shootout if necessary to determine the winner.

The winner advances to the semi-finals at SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles in March 2027, with a spot in that year's Concacaf Gold Cup also on the line. The four quarter-final losers will enter the Gold Cup at the preliminary round stage.

Time for revenge

Canada bowed out of the 2025 Gold Cup in the quarter-finals against Guatemala in a result that will be hard to forget. Jonathan David gave Les Rouges the lead before Rubio Rubin levelled for the Central American side, and Canada ultimately succumbed on penalties to exit early.

Now, in the same stage but a different competition and spread across two matches, Canada has just one choice: win.

The four semifinalists will be placed into a table based on their quarter-final performances, with 1st facing 4th and 2nd facing 3rd.

Potential opponents include Panama, Curaçao, the US, Haiti, Mexico, and Jamaica.

Knock on wood.
