CF Montréal is reinforcing its attack with forward Giacomo Vrioni, who joins the club as a designated player.
New England will receive $50,000 in GAM, and will also retain a portion of the player's 2025 salary as well as a sell-on fee.

The Albanian international was previously with New England, where he occupied a designated player spot. His contract was due to run until the end of the 2025 season, meaning the Revolution will be getting a fee for the transfer.
During his time with the Revs, he scored 12 goals and recorded 3 assists in 35 appearances, marking his best season out of the two he spent with the American side.
He has six caps with the Albanian national team.
Montréal recently loaned Matías Coccaro to Liga MX side Atlas, while Josef Martínez also left the club this winter, leaving the Impact without both of their strikers.
