The Canadian Premier League has arrived in Montréal.
FC Supra’s inaugural home match turned into a thrilling end-to-end contest played in front of an impressive crowd of 4,965, which was announced as a sell-out.
Tyr Duhaney-Walker came off the bench to score his first professional goal, heading home a free kick in the third minute of stoppage time to secure Atlético Ottawa’s first three points of the season in a much-needed victory.
Santiago López made his highly anticipated debut for Atlético Ottawa, playing almost the full 90.

Garissone Innocent was simply outstanding, making 10 saves to earn a clean sheet.
Supra fired 22 shots in total — 10 of them on target — with Sean Rea and Loïc Kwemi both getting several chances, but neither could beat Innocent.
The constant back-and-forth action, along with a concussion substitution, led to a combined 11 changes, with nearly every player on the bench seeing minutes.
Across two matches, the league’s newest side has shown it can compete and will compete. Despite the late defeat after a dominant performance, head coach Nick Razzaghi reflected on the effort: “Stats are only good with context, but I do feel the stats represented the quality of the performance that we put out, and the effort that the guys put out [...] It gives a bit of a picture; maybe we deserved more from this game, but that's life. [...] You're going to win games, lose games in a 28-game season. You can be caught up in every little detail, in the highs and the lows, and it's reality you're going to live them. It's more how you handle them that matters.”

Roughly 150 Atlético Ottawa fans made the trip, creating a rare but fabulous atmosphere just east of Mount Royal.
On Friday, April 24, at 8:00 pm AT / 7:00 pm ET, Supra returns to CEPSUM to face the Halifax Wanderers, while Atlético Ottawa hosts Vancouver FC in its home opener on Sunday, April 26, at 1:00 pm ET / 10:00 am PT.
