Luke Singh is returning to the nation's capital for at least 1 more season.
On Friday, Atlético Ottawa announced that the club had re-signed the defender on loan from MLS side Toronto FC.
Singh had a successful 2023 with Ottléti, becoming a regular starter in the team and even scoring the best goal of the 2023 CPL season.

What a goal from Luke Singh, who equalizes late for @atletiOttawa with an acrobatic effort

In Ottawa, Luke Singh made 25 league appearances.
Prior to joining the club in 2023, Singh played for the now-defunct FC Edmonton, where he recorded 24 appearances.
"We are glad to have Luke return," said Carlos González, Atlético Ottawa's head coach to the club. "We already know that he is a player with very good physical and technical abilities, which makes him have a great impact on the team's offensive game. During last season we witnessed great growth in his ability to compete and we are sure that he will continue to evolve due to his good natural conditions and youth."
Atlético Ottawa are slowly closing out on what could possibly be the best off-season for a club in CPL history.
With Manny Aparicio and Amer Didic both in Mexico and training with the club, we could see one of the best CPL sides – if not the best – in the league's short history.
This off-season alone, they've added Matteo de Brienne, Ballou Tabla, Kris Twardek, Aboubacar Sissoko, Rayane Yesli, Jonathan Grant (now placed on the season-ending injury list), Kevin Dos Santos, and of course, Luke Singh.
Doubles, roti, pelau, callaloo, curried crab and some asado, chimichurri, alfajores and empanadas! How that sound?

If we're going based on this tweet from Atlético Ottawa's CEO, Fernando López, it's fair to assume that Manny Aparicio will wear the club's colours in 2024.
